Triad Independent Cat Rescue is dedicated to giving every cat a chance at their best nine lives. We rescue, heal, and find the best forever homes for cats across the Triad with the help of loving fosters, spay/neuter efforts, and community education. With compassion (and a little catnip), we’re creating second chances—one whisker at a time.

Triad Independent Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all-volunteer organization.
We do not have a brick-and-mortar facility; instead, our cats are cared for in loving foster homes or reside briefly at adoption centers within our partner stores.

Every donation and adoption fee goes directly toward the care, medical treatment, and well-being of the cats we rescue.

In our local area, similar to places around the world, there is an overpopulation of homeless pets. You, however, can help. One way to start putting an end to pet  overpopulation is to adopt your next pet from our rescue group. By doing so you  immediately give a home to a cat that didn't have one, and you reduce the overall number of homeless pets out there.
